I’m Samuele Lai, a UX/UI designer and front‑end developer with 10+ years’ experience transforming ideas into digital products that matter. Born in Italy and now based in the UK, I pair European aesthetic flair with pragmatic British professionalism.

My path runs from graphic design to a degree in Digital Interaction, and on to leading design teams, building interactive prototypes, and partnering with organisations of every size. Through it all I’ve learned one rule: great design is equal parts strategy and storytelling.

INSTRUMENTS

Code is integral to my craft. I move fluidly between sketchbook, Figma, and a text editor, writing clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript so concepts survive the leap from mock‑up to production. This hybrid skillset accelerates schedules, reduces friction with engineering teams, and guarantees pixel‑perfect outcomes.
