INTRODUCTION AND GOAL

Revitalizing the OneFootball app meant addressing an international community’s fervor for real-time stats, highlight reels, and social features, without sacrificing user experience to intrusive ads or cluttered navigation.


RESEARCH PHASE

Persona Development: From hardcore footy fanatics to casual highlight-watchers, I dissected each segment’s unique needs.

Pain Points: Ads interrupting match updates, convoluted menus, and limited personalization had steadily eroded user satisfaction.
